Doaa Elghobashy herself said that this is a "conspiracy" against her to try to "discredit" her, so she obviously herself wasn't aware of the Israeli flag when the picture was being taken. The organization that said this is in the Olympic spirit seems to have its head in the clouds. The picture was simply too good to be genuine.
