A fact made even more ludicrous, because Jerusalem has been the capital of the rightful Jewish homeland since biblical times, long before Czech even existed. The Fourth Geneva Convention isn't applicable to Israel. The Fourth Geneva Convention was signed between "High Contracting Parties" in other words between independend states! What is called the West Bank, is not a High Contracting Party and could not have signed the Convention. So what is in reality the status of the "West Bank"? It is and remains in International Law a residual part of the "Mandate for Palestine", the Mandate (League of Nations,1922) that gave the Jewish people the Irrevocable Right to settle anywhere on the territory between the Mediterranean Sea and the Jordan River, including the Golan Heights. A right that became International Law that can't be rescinded, thus valid to this very day, and reaffirmed by Article 80 of the United Nations' Charter.

This "Mandate" gave the Jewish people the IRREVOCABLE RIGHT to settle anywhere on the territory between the Mediterranean Sea ant the Jordan River, including the Golan Heights,(and of course the total city of Jerusalem) to create their independent state. The "Mandate" became International Law that can't be rescinded, thus valid to this very day, and last but not least, reaffirmed by Article 80 of the United Nations' Charter.

First of all we should take away the dome they arrogantly put on our rock.
