Politics or Law? On which is our State to be based?

Politics accept that criminals can serve in the government.
Law means that all are equal before the system.
Politicians are "amenable" to compromise.
Law is the same for all, all of the time.
Politics changes with the wind and the voter's current likes/dislikes.
Law is stable and remains over changes in government.

We demand that Israel be recognized as a legal State. How can we do that if we ourselves don't respect our own laws?

Patriots' first step is to help Justice Minister Shaked legalize all Jewish building in Judea and Samaria. There is no excuse for any racist restrictions against Jewish building in our more than 4,000 year old ancestral heartland.

The next step is to severely limit the power of the destructive leftist Supreme Court, and make it subservient to the elected Knesset. We also need to change the composition of the Supreme Court, so that it is dominated by patriots.

Never heard about the rule of law vs the rule of politicos?

Ayelet should have a refreshing course about the law.

Maybe the supreme court could arrest Ayelet for contempt ... could be interesting to see.

Nowhere, in any other country do high courts order the destruction of communities. The High Court's responsibility is to rule if laws are constitutional or not or rule on property ownership based on evidence. Justices do not have the right too use the court to push their own political agenda to destroy Jewish communities based on unproven allegations by leftist groups.

These usurpers think that we the People & our elected government are too dumb for our own good, so they'd better intervene....Typical bolshevik behaviour!
