Couldn't the pilot get a wee bit closer and shoot it with his gun? Seems like a terrible waste of money. Why does't Israel equip it's jets with a net-gun? It fires a thin but large net that expands as it goes forward. It would trap the drone and all to the ground where it could be examined. The same type net gun is used to trap birds. It can be done, and if Hamas feels like sending hundreds of drones towards Israel, it will save Israel millions of dollars.
