1. The legal borders of Palestine are those of UNGAR 181
Ben Alofs ,   Bangor   (09.22.16)
Abu Mazen is right to ask Britain to apologise for the issuing of the Balfour Declaration. Balfour's contempt for the indigenous people of Palestine was even worse than his anti-semitism, which lay behind the declaration. He wanted to get rid of the Jews of Britain (and Europe). I also think he is very right to insist on the legal borders of Palestine as drawn in the partition resolution, rather than the armistice lines of 1949. We know now that it was the intention of the Zionist leadership, led by Ben-Gurion, all along to conquer the whole of Palestine by military force in 1948 and that only the Arab Legion, the forces of King Abdullah of Transjordan, prevented the wholesale takeover of Palestine. They were defending the areas that had been allocated by 181 to the Arab state of Palestine.

Jordan and Egypt occupied "falastin" not Israel

3. Enough games. Hang fictional "Palestine" out to dry
Chaim ,   Israel   (09.22.16)
Israel needs to stop playing dumb games with mass murderer Abbas and evil fictional "Palestine". Let us end the mad flow of Israeli food, money, electricity, work permits etc. to "Palestine" and hang the abomination out to dry. Israeli support it all that keeps it alive.

Palestinian Presidency. When will you hold elections MoMo? When will allow the people of Palestine to be free?
5. Give me a break...please!
Shlomo ,   USA   (09.23.16)
When Russia gives back the Crimea, when all non-native people give back the land to indigenous tribes that were there before, then we will talk, Mr. Abbas. In the meantime think about this, Jews were in the Land of Israel before there ever were Arabs or Palestinians.
6. # 1 - Arabs never wanted 181, they occupied Jerusalem
Avi L.   (09.23.16)
# 1 - Arabs never wanted 181, they occupied Jerusalem, they wanted to throw the Jews into the sea, they didn't recognize "falastine" and now they come whining and stomping feet?

They cleansed Jerusalem of Jews, desecrated holy sites and now they want what exactly?
7. Trying to sell the message..... but nobody want's to buy!

He had his chance when there was some interest in the goods and he should have made the deal. Now his goods are outdated and must be thrown into the bin!

The old man hasn't grasped the world has moved on!

Mr. Abbas is absolutely right. By the way, I am neither Jewish, Arab, nor Moslem. The bright hope for Israel that most of us shared has deteriorated into religious insanity, zealoty, fanaticism, and a vindictive hatred that has made shining Israel into a war mongering, arrogant, pernicious pariah state disliked of even hated by many, perhaps even most, of the countries in the world. Moslem fanaticism equals Israeli fanaticism.

Wake up Abu Mazen.if you dream absurd and lie dreams you never negotiate peace to establish a Palestinian state. The Agression and Terror you used during the last 100 years didnt accomplish the program Haj Aminel Husieni signed with Hitler to slaughter the jewish nation in Palestine.you cry and say “Nakba” when the Arab countries could kill the jewish state, you didnt establish the Palestinian state “Falastine” as you call when the west bank and gaza were in your “brothers” hands... Wake up.and find a way to negotiate peace... Your people need it more than a 1000 more shaids.... PANTA REY.. Learn what it means...
