1. They really start that jazz at 4 in the morning?

With loudspeakers?

Oh man, forget that nonsense!

The last thing any human being deserves is some fool beard-head in a minaret starting to yodel away & wreck everyone's sleep on a regular basis.

Yank the loudspeakers & adjust the time for that business to a reasonable hour.
2. muezzins'calls

@ Cameron,yes they do
.I understand it disturbs everybody ,Moslems ,Jews and Christians as well.

It has nothing to do with the right to call to God -and everything to do with your neighbour's right to sleep.
3. Choice and Will
Christy ,   Boston, US   (11.14.16)
If someone wants/need to pray at a certain hour they will find a way to awaken and do so. It's a choice that can be followed through by anyone who is willing.

This shouldn't be a problem with the many options we have available to awaken/remind us for prayer. (Christians have had set times for prayer for ages and Jews do as well.)
