The so-called West-Bank, not being a "High Contracting Party" is and remains a residual part of the Mandate for Palestine, the ONLY international recognized decision in International Law (and not UNGA Resolution 181, just a proposal as UNGA resolutions are none-binding), that gave the Jewish people the IRREVOCABLE right to settle between the Sea and the Jordan River, including the Golan Heights. So the "Fourth Geneva Convention" has no hold on this matter. But as the Left, in a stubborn way, keeps this matter classified, they should not be whining when the international community accuses Israel of colonialism, of war crime, being a rogue state, when they, the Left themselves repeat again and again, OCCUPATION...
