If ever there was a more absurd, bankrupt, farcical and ludicrous piece of political maneuvering and grandstanding it was the bizarre UN Resolution on Israeli Settlements
Without any reference to the geopolitical context, Israels national security let alone the obscene Palestinian inspired atrocities and the ‘official’ condoning and financial reward of murder of Israeli citizens or indeed why Israel ended up in the West Bank in the first place, it selectively censures Israel in a ridiculous and flagrant attempt to impose a potential one sided solution on Israel that undermines Israels security
Israel halting settlement building must be part of a full and comprehensive agreement that encompasses not only the PA in the West Bank but also Hamas in Gaza together with Israeli aspirations at the same time and negotiating directly face to face
