Israel was the major player and acted with cooperation from others. I do not see where any government acted on Israel's behalf.

it is well known and acknowledged that the entabbe operation was wholly
planned by the idf and israel's intelligence agencies.
this operation is considered to this day as amazing and is taught
in military academies.
it is also well known that kenya served as a refueling station for
israeli planes.
no other country provided any material aid in this miraculous
rescue operation by israel's special operations forces in
which over a hundred hostages were rescued.
it needs to be pointed out that the two german hijackers
separated jewish/israeli passengers from non-jews.
those passengers were interrogated by mossad agents once
they were allowed to fly to france. the information provided
by these passengers told the israeli agents the make up
of the hijackers and of the hostages.
however, in no way did any foreign power provide material
assistance to israel. nor was any foreign power cognizant
of the entabbe operation before the israeli planes left
israel.

Of course, Israel could not do this w/o help of others. US military gets help from every single country it can when it goes to war. By the way, how come USA did not help? Let me guess, they care more to sell their weapons to Israel and collect interest on the loans.
