The ONLY driver education is thru their pockets.

The biggest road criminals are TRUCK DRIVERS.
Israel need to implement TRUCK inspection stations on major roads, like in North America. It will help to keep them under control, because the way they drive is A CRIME by itself.

But to do that, POLICE should control the roads, and not Drivers who control the road.

Where is POLICE ?????????
NO police presence on the roads, contrary to 24/7 Traffic Police on ALL major highways in Canada and US. This IS driver education.
