Negotiate Final Status Borders with the Palestinians. Once this is finished (clearly not easy but can be done) then there are no more settlements. Any Jewish community that is West of the border wherever it is drawn is Israeli and if compensation is owed to former owners it will be paid as part of final status agreement. No more UN resolutions, no more court cases. One final push towards final status for everything in accord with Israeli and International law.
