Foreigners who own apartments in Jerusalem now pay double the arnona (real estate tax) and do not use city services. They spend money in the city and often also contribute to various charities. Hence they are a net positive. The lack of inexpensive housing is a problem of supply and demand.

Followers of the Imaginary Friend shall achieve something close to 50% on a national scale. There'll be NO reason whatsoever for the sane, freedom loving secular to remain or plan for the future here. At least not for the likes of me. Screw "my own country", when that country tells me what to eat, when/where to drive how to get married, how/where to be buried and what to think.
