During the war the Lubavitcher Rebbe suggested to Eshkol that he give the arabs of Jerusalem 48 hours to get out of town because right then they were terrified of what Israel MIGHT do because of the way arabs treated Jews.
Sadly Eshkol & Dayan especially wanted to be friends with the Jerusalem arabs rather than running them out of town. Now with hindsight if we had driven them out of town when we had a chance today there would be no idea of an arab east Jerusalem so we wouldn't have half the problems we do now.

There is no '"palestine." and, the very thought of not only the word "Israel" much less an ancient Jewish Israel is more than is not what any Muslim/ Arab/ invented pal' wants to hear.
Of course Israel has every right to possess the G-d given Promised land.
The proof's in the pudding and man that's some victorious delicious winning Israeli 'pudding.'
