Giving a 'nod and a wink' to this gross violation by a minority of hardcore fanatics the rights of other students to hear out the Israeli Ambassador
And why havent we heard unconditional condemnation of this behaviour?
Where are the assurances from politicians for protection of those students who were in the front line of this attack?
More likely a place to get beaten up if you stand up to these bullies than a safe place to get further education
So sad given the majority abhor this and other such racial or politically motivated attacks on any students on Irish campuses

Where is the open debate universities so pride themselves about?
Where is the free speech, preached on every occasion?
What happened to open mind & new ideas, when all we get are the same hate messages over & over again.
What about the international laws against Racism & Antisemitism? Don't they apply in universities?
What about free access for people?
What about the right of students to inform themselves?
What is happening to universities that allow a few hate mongers degrade the institution & it's standards.
Don't those responsible understand they are in a downward spiral by allowing this?
Not one Palestinian will get a better life because of it.
