1. Just as a broken clock that's right twice a day Sima may be
(02.22.17)
on to something. Not because Scheftel is "a clown" in need of extra fame& fortune or Sharon Gal doesn't care, but because the Jungle of Justice in this country is an opaque proposition.
2. Tali Fahima couldn't formulate it better

3. While im absolutely disgusted
AZ ,   Tel Aviv   (02.22.17)
While im still absolutely disgusted at the state that he has to serve even one day in jail. There is a kernel of truth to the leftist text vomit I just read.

It could have been a lot worse.
4. A terrorist
Yakov   (02.22.17)
deserves one fate and one fate only. I personally do not care who and how that fate is meted out to him/her.
5. Terrorist? Shot him dead.......
Mario Mandelbaum ,   Porat   (02.22.17)
your words.... " compared to the act of firing a bullet without any justification into the head of a dying terrorist."
The word terrorist (that you use so you accept that he works to kill us) is enough justification to shot him dead....lying or not...... just neutralized or not.....
6. Sir to you.
Charles ,   london   (02.22.17)
Good article except for the early on description, He was a "freedom fighter" in the same way the French and the Hungarians were freedom fighters when their country was under occupation.
7. attention Katia Levy
daniel68   (02.22.17)
You should check the facts: the victim of Elor Azaria did not kill any Israeli soldier. Period.
8. "Palestinian" terrorists should be automatically executed
Chaim ,   Israel   (02.22.17)
Allowing captured "Palestinian" terrorists to live guarantees that more innocent Israelis will be maimed and murdered. Dead terrorists commit no atrocities. Dead terrorists send a good message to would be terrorists. Azaria should never have faced legal sanctions because Israel should automatically execute all "Palestinian" terrorists.
9. Do you really think that sharon or shamir would have acted
really   (02.22.17)
differently? The terrorist, if he could, he would have targeted indiscriminately anyone. The attacker should bear the main risk. Theses terrorists are not pow, they don't respect themselves any rules of engagement. When they attack, the soldier and the public are to be protected even in case of negligence or mistakes since the terrorists inherently accept the risks of being shot when they get to commit an act. The parents of the terrorist are cheeky, they should have been better parents and keep their mouths shut, period. The victims of their son are also people and not chickens that have to have their heads cut.
10. so a terrorist life is more important than a hero freedom
zionist forever   (02.23.17)
The author seems to think we should be pitting a terrorist who was wanted to kill people and condemn the soldier who shot the terrorist. Elor is a hero not a villain and he deserves a medal not a prison sentence. I just hope and pray that in the end morality will prevail and Elor will be pardoned like he deserves to be.
