1. security cabinet and shapiira

do you honestly expect lapid livni erdan and others to contribute to a good security decision? Forget about it. yaalon is correct about the security cabinet members. They are there to ask questions about what to do in gaza. they do not have to be spoonfed by the idf. they should have asked what is the plan for tunnels, hamas naval terrorists, and rockets munitions /factories. they will never ask regardless of shapira report since most of them have no business in being on the security cabinet.

shapira's report is more about process and is not very good. however the bottom line is it shows the incompetence of bibi who is not a war leader and has little idea of what to do. yaalon and gantz do not come off well either regardless of their protests.
2. What the hell happened to israel leaders?????
Pathetic   (02.28.17)
Is israel on the verge of becoming a third world state, where the pm receives gifts and the leadership is not a position to make informed decisions? Netanyahu resignation is in order without delay. Was the process the same when people were discussing an attack on iran nuclear sites endangering the whole region?
3. why?

What is the purpose of this critique by an Israeli bureaucrat? Is it customary that all actions by the military are reviewed and reported upon by another government agency? Is the purpose of this to point out performance shortfalls and improve upon them is future encounters ........ or merely to "blame" someone in hindsight? YNet certainly has presented it in their typically anti-Bibi format.
