Now do we have to feel badly what and how HAMAS treats its population?
What happens to ALL the funds they receive through many donations and organizations? Why there is no supervision that the funds that supposed to help the population isnt helping?
Why is it our and Israel's concern, or is it YNET that went soft and feels sorry for the terrorist infested GAZA???
2. Seriously?! Why should I care, bother or wish them anything

but the 10 plagues all over again?
3. You need "humans" for a "humanitarian"-crisis. This is Hamas

4. The Russian roots of the Gaza suffering
1860-2017   (03.02.17)
Have the Palestinian leaders governed in the interest of the ordinary people, Palestine and Israel could live in peace.

The Palestinians were used and sacrificed as a weapon against the West.

The common enemy is the Russian leadership.
5. It's not our problem. Hamas must evolve and fix it.
David ,   Hartford USA   (03.01.17)
Hamas has wasted hundreds of millions of dollars on weapons, tunnels, and graft. They care nothing about the people of Gaza, only that they don't cause trouble.

When hundreds of thousands of Gazans hold rallies to beg Israel come save them, instead of wishing death to Israel, then maybe it might be Israel's concern to help the people.

The problems that face Gaza today are entirely home-grown by Hamas. A boys club of sociopaths cannot run the enclave. The people must remove them or face a dismal future.

It will be very interesting to see the luxurious lifestyle Haniyeh retires to. The mansion overlooking the sea, the bodyguards, the fancy cars with drivers, the overflowing food with private chef. Hamas certainly takes good care of its leaders- while the people have spotty electricity and no clean water to drink. The Utopia of Gaza, brought to you by Hamas.
6. Good! There is a wonderful solution.
Steve Benassi ,   Minneapolis USA   (03.02.17)
The desert outside Mecca is pure, clean, lush, full of lakes and waiting for Gaza Arabs to return home.
7. who gives a rats
david ,   hadera   (03.02.17)
about the "humanitarian crisis" in Gaza. The Gazans and HAMAS have ONLY THEMSELVES to blame...Ynet...find another story
8. Islamic State is in northern Sinai, in Raffah, murdering
C   (03.01.17)
the islamic state is ensconsed in northern sinai, in raffah, murdering
christians and imposing strict sharia law on the population, at
penalty of death. the population is taxed, including those who
own and man the tunnels running from raffah into gaza.

hamas continues its brutal occupation of gaza. the leadership
and those close to it enjoy the good life, while the rest
of the population suffers from all the ills of a poor,
totalitarian regime.
gaza will never recover as long as hamas and like minded
islamist terrorist rule the territory.
there is no doubt that hamas will provoke war and sacrifice
its own population in order to keep its grip on power.
the only solution, if there is one at all, is to overthrow
hamas and install a more moderate, more compassionate
regime. such a solution is many years in the making.
the disengagement from gaza was a disastrous decision,
one which at the time seemed logical, even to the
great warrior sharon.
the oft repeated mantra that jews should not rule over
foreigners sounds good and moral, but in the world
of reality, it is a necessity for as long as those
foreigners, the muslims, refuse to accept the existence
of the sovereign jewish state and make peace in
accordance with the principles of comity.
9. Crisis in Gaza
Susie ,   Haifa   (03.02.17)
I really believe it is a shame and a horrible situation for the average person who lives there. What should be asked and keep on asking and keep on asking what happened to the billions of dollars already sent by the E.U to Gaza??. Hamas runs Gaza and should be openly repeated and repeated again they pocket the money. Why aren't there jobs universities and drinking water?? Take out Hamas and then law and order can be established. Sending money into Gaza isn't the solution. Taking out Hamas is. And then physically monitoring money and supplies that enter in to the strip. This problem will never end until a leader can be raised up there that truly cares about the people
10. The Gaza "crisis"
tiki ,   belgium   (03.02.17)
When Hamas would use all the money it receives on it's people instead on itself, rockets, tunnels & weapons there would not be a crises.
