In Fukushima, the radiation levels are so high workers can't get near the place, and robots melt. The Israeli space suit is not doing much there. This article talks about protection from solar particles from the Sun, but what about the galactic cosmic radiation that is constant from exploding stars? And what about all that radiation trapped in the Van Allen Belt? I don't believe for a minute that humans ever went to the Moon - a place where there is little to no atmosphere, and you are exposed to Neutron radiation on the surface, and Solar and Galactic Cosmic radiation from above. It's not a place where humans can live - only die.
