Studies show "Palestinians" are now leaving our land at the rate of about 20,000 annually, without any Israeli incentives to leave. Israel needs to enact a wise system of carrot and stick incentives to vastly increase the rate of "Palestinian" departure from our land.

Right now, Israel is investing hugely (and insanely) in making our mortal "Palestinian" foes comfortable on our land. No matter how many Israelis, "Palestinians" murder and maim, the mad flow of Israeli food, money, electricity, work permits etc. continues. Israel needs to end the flow of support to "Palestinians" and invest in "Palestinian" departure instead.
