Israel should develop missiles of all sorts and produce a lot of it. Jet fighters and bombers are vulnerable to ant-aircraft missiles. Also produce more cheap disposable drones and flood the air with drones to expend the anti-aircraft missiles of the enemies before doing the actual attack.
