1. They have yet to learn (from us) how to resolve such
"incidents" in a jiffy. Look how we deal with mass-terror-attacks: we mop up the blood from the floor/pavement, get the names of all involved, issue a statement to the media and all this within the first couple of hours! We sure as hell don't shut down half of the city! Wankers....but they'll get the hang of it:-))
