Anyone living in Jerusalem knows that the Haredi population are the
worst drivers no sense of road rules or even where they are for a
family to be driving in the dead of night "1AM" in Judea and Samaria
is complete madness to begin with. That dangerous behavior puts
young soldiers in even more danger not to mention the prospect
of hostage taking someone needs to read the law to the Haredi
Community about taking responsibility in many areas,
