in a new confrontation with hezbollah, iaf and the govt are likely to repeat the 2006 experience-lots of airpower against hezbollah where they can find them, and their rockets, hitting a few residences housing rockets and receiving 5000-10000 rocket hits against israel with substantial damage resulting.as for govt action, recall bibi 's anemic performance in gaza; so don't expect too much from him once again.

what iaf should hit is iran as they are the primary backers of hezbollah. they should hit iran strategically. as for lebanon which is now hezbollah, it should cut its commmunications and fuel and close down the beirut airport. ground invasion may be necessary to
