To REALLY thwart data intruders and vandals, it is necessary to take the battle to their home turf. Find out WHERE they are operating from and take ACTIVE measures to suppress their attacks. Damaging hardware is a waste of time, since they can buy new hardware cheaply. Something more aggressive is required. Remember, these attackers are not just doing it for fun. They are attempting to weaken Israel and facilitate physical attacks by their associates. Hence, direct physical attack upon them is fully justified. When word gets out that Israel has the means to track down and kill data intruders and vandals, the attempts at vandalism will decline dramatically.
