Once again, Israel's leaders are adopting the lunatic policy of empowering our mortal "Palestinian" foes. This makes as much sense as if the WW II Allies had helped the Nazi economy. The result of this mad scheme is to make "Palestinians" richer and more dangerous foes. The proper way to help "Palestinians" is to assist them to leave our land forever.

I think that this would be Israeli public 'last straw'. After seeing government failing to financially help it's own people (crippled, cancer wards, old-age care homes, poor, etc.), it's got the gall to say it wants to build an island off Gaza to help our enemies develop their country. Let them develop their own country with money received, instead of using it on weapons.

What really needs to be done is take two billion dollars and have boats drive the gazans to Europe. Flood Europe with two million gazans. You will see how Europe will beg israel to stop. They will give israel a hundred billion dollars to keep the gazans.
