Those in high authority who abuse their positions MUST be held accountable. This was a slap on the wrist, nothing more. How much graft did his actions promote?

Everyone receiving the certificates MUST repay the stolen money, if not, their names must be made public.

Is it just a coincidence that entire families of black-hatted rabbis in New Jersey have been arrested and charged with fraudulently obtaining government benefits?? Is that what these rabbis TEACH?

The rabbi's ordination should be revoked; he has proven he doesn't know right from wrong. Looks like the old adage, 'power corrupts......', is proved once again.
