the beach should be shut down. My niece Andrea Bill was a student of a Master Diving Class in New Zealand and did not go out with the group when she considered the waters too dangerous to swim in. ALL in the group were pulled out to sea with a riptide and ONLY the two instructors survived. ALL the students with them DIED. Andrea now runs a dive shop in Southern California last I heard. Her refusal to enter dangerous waters was WISDOM. These lifeguards on the Tel Aviv beach were showing WISDOM and the beach should have been shut down.
