Ten years ago when Assad was at the height of his power and Israel bombed his nuclear reactor Assad didn't retaliate because he knew he was no match for the IDF and he was concerned about Israeli having nuclear weapons so was just a war of words.

This time round Assad is still fighting a civil war and he has ISIS to worry about, his military is splintered over the civil war so the very last thing Assad can afford to do is go to war with Israel, whilst his troops are being killed by the IDF the rebels will move in on him.
Assad just has to accept Israel will carry out military operations when it sees fit.

This is just a jihad show to full the dumb Iranian masses. None of these idiots will attack Israel. They just talk and empthy their gavernment treasuries on both sides. Vlad will play this game as long as the mullahs cuff up the bills for protection. Who knows! Maybe he is even thankful for ISIS for helping him make billions. Come on!
