We must address the sickening culture of blood money paid to families for life for willingly surrendering their children to 'martyrdom' and costing Palestinians $100m each and every year. Not only is it bleeding finances dry..but even more important creates a culture of violence that impacts directy on Palestinian society

But also we must begin to clarify aspirations for statehood..and not try to engage constantly in double speak, bet hedging and mixed messages so ultimately no one..not Palestinians not Israelis not the world have a clue even with silver tounged Erekat speaking....where we are going, what we are doing and what we are talking about

Now let's wait how long it will take to break it up!

A few PA policemen will go to Gaza for a photo-op, nothing more. But recall how many PA policemen have been involved in terror attacks- MANY.

Will the PA identify every tunnel to Israel as a sign of good faith? Will the 'new' Hamas renounce terrorism and accept Israel? OF COURSE NOT.

This agreement only gets more money into Gaza to support terror. The PA and Hamas put on a good show but neither will make any attempt to reduce terrorist attacks on Israelis.

But this agreement works to Israel's advantage: when a rocket comes north from Gaza, Israel can return fire into Gaza AND into Ramallah, the headquarters of the PA/Hamas government.

the hamas islamists will continue to oppress the more secular fatah.
yet both hamas and fatah will have as their major goal the destruction
of the sovereign jewish state of israel.

don't have a freindly US presiden in WHt. Let's see if they can agree on any issues going forward form here. We all dought that, but let's see maybe they have come to their senses finally.
