third and fourth generation. Perhaps the curse will end for this woman's family. Sounds like the compensation for stolen properties in Germany was about 10 cents on the dollar like the compensation for Americans in Urban Renewal Projects of the 1960's. Robbing people is not just an aspect of Nazis in Europe in WWII. All nations including the USA rob their citizens. Asset forfeitures when there is no crime is another way the US government robs people who are citizens or non-citizens. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. That is true of the USA not just Nazi Germany. Judgment comes and a lot of the natural disasters are haShem's judgments for sin.

A thousand years will make up for what was done during the holocaust. The exodus will not make up for slavery in Egypt. The sins of the father are generational. Forgiveness is to the person who has been wronged and GOD.

All nations of the earth owe forgiveness including Israel. There are good Jews and evil Jews as there are good Christians and evil Christians. Germany has tried very hard to make up for the sins of Nazism. While anti-semitism still exist in Germany - it also exist in all nations.

Germany & Israel are now economic trading partners. Let's not also forget the Germans who saved the lives of Jews.
