I am able to not enter information where it does not belong, but
packages that I order go "astray" and never get to me.

At least one package was of 3 of 4 books ordered, one book arrived, but the other 3 went ????

What does the post office do with all the packages that never arrive at the HOMES of the people ordering them? Why does the post office notify phones and not addressees of packages?
