Throughout human history, it has always been known that winners, especially in defensive wars, keep the lands they won. Leave it to us Jews to beg our defeated foes to sign a peace treaty with us! The root cause of virtually all Israel's problems with Syria, "Palestinians" and everyone else in the Middle East, is our failure to act like the winner.
