Whilst it feels like Bibi has been there forever he has infact not been PM much more than most other western leaders who serve more than 1 term.
In the UK Tony Blair & Margret Thatcher were each in office for 10 years winning 3 elections, Angela Merkel, 4 terms and 12 years.
In the US presidents who serve 2 terms get 8 years.
Bibi has so far been PM for 11 years over 4 terms the difference is that in Israel elections never last a full term because of the dysfunctional coalition system whilst in other countries they do not have coalition so their governments are stable and they have fewer elections than in Israel.
He has though for all his faults done a pretty good job over those years.

Social policies are different but only because in the beginning and condition of State only government almost total control and involvement, as faulty as it was at times, could work.
