Lebanon, that hardly have an economy.. that recently got some $100MM in military aid from the USA.. wants an "economic sanctions"??? against the USA???
And Egypt?? I think the best way to protest is to reject the US aid that amounts of billions of $$$$... i want to see it!!! They need an economy of their own to sanction others..

In 1948 the Arabs invaded the new born state of Israel and were pushed back.
In 1949 the armistice line saw East Jerusalem fall under Jordanian occupation- all up for 19 years and Jews were banned from entering the old city to worship at the Temple mount.
In 1967 East Jerusalem was liberated again.
Jordan held Jerusalem for 19 years only. It does not make it an arab capital. The people of Israel held Jeruslaem as their capital from the kingdom of Salomon, through the first and second temples to this day.

you have 2 different tribes. one treats their animals like crap, not much towards women, fires rockets into kindergartens and then complains to UN that israel fired rockets in response.

From a pragmatic perspective - and with Syria now being re-cast by Iran & Russia following the civil war - it would be even more useful to have US recognize the Golan Heights as being under full Israeli sovereignty.

That way there'd be no ambiguity over who owns what.
