The government should ignore the ruling. DO NOT return the bodies or pass a law. What will the court do? Demand it? Ignore it again, what will they do? Demand the government dissolve ? Bibi would call for new elections based solely on the ruling and win again. Then ignore the ruling. A court only has moral authority if it acts in accord with the norms of the society in which it lives. THIs court has over stepped its bounds and should be made powerless.

The High Court ruling is obscene, and it must be made totally subservient to the elected Knesset. However, the problem is that Israel empowers "Palestinian" terrorists in many ways. Merely keeping them alive GUARANTEES more innocent Israelis will be maimed and murdered. Israel should do the following:

1. Execute ALL "Palestinian" terrorists within 72 hours of capture. Keep them alive just long enough for thorough interrogation.

2. Execute "Palestinian" terrorists with an all female firing squad. They believe they can't get to heaven if killed by a woman.

3. Bury "Palestinian" terrorists on pig farms for obvious reasons.

I understand the court ruling of a civilized, law abiding country. But, what about the rules of War? There must be some precedent.

If HJC is so concern about balancing justice, why doesn't HJC also put into law that that it is also illegal for the palestine to withold israelites' bodies in their territory? The ruling to return terrorist bodies must be illegal and void of any justice.

it sounds more like they said that, since there is no law covering the use of dead terrorists' bodies as bargaining chips, the government needs to enact one. because the court cannot rule on laws that haven't been written.

If terrorist do not respect the the dignity of law abiding Israelites, what does the courts does not need to respect terrorist that has no rights to be returned.
