2 Chronicles 7:14:

If my people which are called by name will humble themselves , and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways (repent from the sins that they're committing: adultery, stealing, abortion, fornication, homosexuality worshipping foreign gods: Eastern religions); then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land (cause the rains to fall once more).

Deuteronomy 11:16-17:

Take heed to yourselves, that your heart be not deceived, and ye be turned aside, and serve other gods and worship them; And then THEN the Lord's wrath be kindled against you, and he SHUT UP HEAVEN, THAT THERE BE NO RAIN, and the land yield not her fruit; and lest ye perish quickly from off the the good land which the Lord hath given you.
