Anyone sane in the settlement movement should endorse this article. A year ago, Netanyahu achieved a government decision to focus future building on the existing settlements, but to build there according to need. This is as much as the Trump administration will tolerate without making a big fuss, whereas the Obama administration screamed at any building. So it is a significant strategic achievement for the long term. Erdan's sponsorship of the wild Likud Central Committee motion shows that he lacks strategic vision; his irresponsibility has sabotaged his own credentials to lead either the party or a future government.
