whether lapid or gabbay, and now kahlon-they don't feel the security needs so kahlon forced Jerusalem municipality to cut afternoon school security. this is dumb. some may get killed as result.

the curious aspect is that you can send people to the idf for military training like kahlon, but they still don't feel the security instinct as paramount-ie you have to have school security. Certain people have it and as a result they are on top of security needs.people like livni, herzog, lapid, gabbay and even bibi to some degree are not in synch on security needs for the state.

in the meantime, mayor barkat should get off his rear end and find the money elsewhere. do not leave schools unprotected.

so don't vote for kahlon and his party in the next election. he is a security moron.

parents of stuents should provide the money to offset the budgetary shortfall.

In my neighborhood in Jerusalem we have seen new benches and staues. Downtown there are new flowerbeds. While these cosmetic changes are nice, they seem a little silly if we can't hire security guards for school and can't afford garbage puckup. I believe the city does indeed have enough money, but is wasting it on "bread and circuses" and political maneuverings. I will remember this for the 2018 municipal elections.
