1. THE LAW CLEARLY SAYS; NO PRAYING DURING THE FLIGHT
IRANIAN JEW ,   LALA LAND   (01.05.18)
Stop being selfish with your religious ideas. If Muslims decide to pray in the middle of aisles, then everyone would be complaining. Maybe that is why we are not much liked around the world? Maybe we are not that much of a chosen people as we think we are. If you are that religious then only fly ELAL. You can't just force others to watch you pray on a plane so you can feel good about yourself. I'm sure God understand that being on a plane is a special case and will forgive you for not praying on the plane.
2. Good for Delta! Religious passengers are filthy sccumbags.

4. Talitot v'kovaim are seldom cleaned and may carry bugs.
Michael ,   California, USA   (01.05.18)
The airline administration should be thanked for protecting the passengers.
5. Delta will lose the case in court.
BBB   (01.05.18)
No airline has the right to be bigots who persecute Jews or any other religions for that matter.

And, for those anti semitic jackasses who've posted anti Jewish comments you're seen for what you are idiots.
6. #4: Hey Michael
Howard K. ,   Israel   (01.05.18)
Maybe they should disinfect them with Zyklon B? It's been proven to be very helpful in eliminating pests.
Comments like yours that appear on any other website would be condemned as racist anti-Semitic drivel. But, it's OK for ynet to publish such remarks?
7. Michael, that's exactly what
Howard K. ,   Israel   (01.06.18)
the National Socialist regime said about the Jews back in the 1930s. And you can be sure they were completely sincere about it. They honestly meant it with all their hearts. And it led to carbon monoxide chambers and Zyclon B.
8. Praying on flights
rs ,   Jerusalem   (01.07.18)
I fly between Tel Aviv and US about 5 times a year, for 18 years. I have never witnessed Jews disrupting the other passengers or stewards with prayer. They are very respectful and pray in their seats. They take up no more overhead space then a family with lots of children and all that baggage entails. Also, the Delta staff has always been friendly and courteous as far as I see. Delta is far from a perfect airline, I have my complaints about them, but rudeness to Religious Jews I have never seen.
9. I doubt the veracity
Steven Katz ,   Forest Hills, NY   (01.08.18)
I have a problem with the report. Only DHS gets to look in the carry-on bags of the passengers, not the employees of the airlines.

Something doesn't add up.
10. An inconvenient truth
Lauren ,   Israel   (01.09.18)
I am Jewish and Israeli and support the rights of all to observe their religious beliefs, even on planes. That being said, some of us are outrageously annoying, demanding and irreverent of safety policies on flights. Israelis do not listen to instructions of crew members, do not observe safety procedures on planes, including remaining seated , using seat belts, refraining from use of cell phones, not blocking aisles and frequently leave their seating area in shambles. Some of us are disrespectful to crew and other passengers. I fly frequnetly and if there is an annoyance on the flight it is almost always an Israeli. I do not advocate the extermination of Jews with Zyklon gas because they are rude however I do believe that we should observe the same practices of courtesy and consideration that others are expected to follow.
11. discrimination? sure
jochair thijssen ,   kfar saba israel   (02.06.18)
Christians were allowed thei rosaries, muslims their prayermats, Jews nothing.
12. Taste your own medicine
Guest ,   N/A   (02.19.18)
Israelis complain about profiling in the airline industry... isn't that exactly what they do to Muslims and other non jews in Israel? Shameless Israeli hypocrites.
13. Loud and nasty
Amnon ,   Henderson nevada   (03.07.18)
I have primarily flown El Al to Israel. These religious Jews do not step aside if you ask to be excused if you want to go to the rest room. They are loud and are uncaring if they disturb other people while they pray. Why are their rights considered to be paramount?
