Israel could have closed all UNRWA Camps and facilities in the West Bank in 1967. Israel could close them all tomorrow with the stroke of a pen. Since Israel despises UNRWA, toss the UN and take over. It isn't like the people living in those camps have any rights. Israel can run the schools and do whatever it likes to the people.
