Noodles   (01.09.18)
Apparently, the idiot that wrote this article didn't take into consideration that under no circumstances will Hamas sit down and talk to Israel.
2. The enemy of your enemy isnt necessarily you friend....
Tony ,   Jeffreys Bay   (01.09.18)
just cause ham ass is afraid if IJ threatening their rule, doesn't mean SQUAT! Any muslim is BOUND by the Koran to be hostile to JEWS. PERIOD
3. The same Hamas that
Arnie ,   Montreal   (01.09.18)
is holding onto Israeli live and dead citizens and demands hundreds of Palestinians in return. The same Hamas that cannot even reconcile with Abbas? Where is the starting point to work with Hamas mister terrorist expert ?
4. Time to play You Said/I Heard!
Heather Czerniak ,   Haifa   (01.09.18)
You said: "If Israel wants to prevent Iran from expanding its influence in the Gaza Strip, it must make a perceptual change and try to see Hamas as an organization it could talk to and reach understandings with."

I heard: "Let's get down on our knees and beg for mercy. Hey, we just might get it this time!"

6. same old jewish fears
harold   (01.09.18)
israel shoujld wipe out islamic jihad. israel has already tried what liram suggested and it blew up in israel's face. israel should also wipe out hamas since that is what hamas wants to do that to israel.

liram should stop hiding behind his fears. it is like the nazis-go out and destroy them if they wish to destroy you.

liram is nothing but an expert in being fearful.
7. GEFILTE FISH !
FO ,   Belgium   (01.09.18)
If the Jews in the past would have invited Hitler to eat a good piece of gefilte fish, he, Hitler, would have converted himself to a Jew-lover. So this time, let's not miss an occasion once again, and invite Hamas to the table... Total stupid article!
8. Military Ethics for ICT Hamas Charter Global Jewish Genocide

9. The word "expert in low intensity" should be a sure giveaway
(01.10.18)
sign of this authors mental prowess.... :-))
One is left rather speechless, reading such dribble in 2018 AD (or 5778)
10. Back to scoundrel Rabin's ideas

11. Such dumb leftist "experts" must be ignored
Chaim ,   Israel   (01.10.18)
Liram Stenzler-Koblentz wants Israel to treat genocidal Hamas as a negotiating partner. This is pure madness, but it is not harmless madness. Because Israel listened to such leftist "experts", we are treating Munich Massacre Abbas as a "peace partner". Israel should have executed this mass murderer decades ago.

Such deranged leftist "experts" must be ignored and fired from positions of influence. We can't allow them to continue guiding Israeli policy.
12. Talk to Hamas about what
Yossef ,   Nahariya   (01.10.18)
Liram Stenzler-Koblentz, your twisted logic reaches the level of sickness; talk to Hamas about what? Hamas just praised the brutal murder of Rabbi Raziel Shevach. Proposing to talk to Hamas because Islamic Jihad is worst is like proposing to talk to Al Quida because ISIS is more brutal.
13. The stupidity in its low
Moshe   (01.10.18)
The author proposes Israel to discuss with Nazi organization.
Article 7 of the Hamas Charter reads : "The hour of judgment shall not come until the Muslims fight the Jews and kill them, so that the Jews hide behind trees and stones, and each tree and stone will say: 'Oh Muslim, oh servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him…"
14. Some expert...
M. Davison ,   Ra'anana   (01.10.18)
I can never get over the obtuseness of some people who consider themselves "experts" in the field of conflict, but don;t seem to understand one of the most basic concepts of conflict resolution:

It only takes one belligerent to make a conflict, but it takes two willing partners to resolve one.

Without understanding this basic cornerstone, no one should call themselves a "conflict resolution expert".
15. Wrong approach proved by past facts and experience
Avram Goldsmith ,   Toronto -Kiriat Gat   (01.10.18)
Islam radicalism process as on different level : religious, ideological , militant/terror as the last one is the factor of strength overall of Islamic radicalism
So Israel conflict with Arabs , which Arabs lost in any confrontation as leverage and camouflage of their real intention to eliminate Israel generated:
PLO which is head of militant wing , combine with Muslim Brother /Hamas , born all the fraction affiliated to ISIS format.
Israel's political establishment despite good security evaluation , neglected maybe from arrogance, and play Russian roulette allowing all this formation under their nose, as just read Torah solution for these circumstances , all have been done , and dare even to look in Israel direction.
Lack of resolution when started only with rock thrower , peace accord with PLO, which allowed them to regroup and to supply them with all resources to exist is fault and change of approach is the right way in ELIMINATION of root cause.
16. Too many experts and no solution
Avram Goldsmith ,   Toronto -Kiriat Gat   (01.10.18)
You are expert in solving PLO-HAMAS problem but not Israel problems, may be Abbas can hiring you???
17. You think Israel doesn’t talk with Hamas?
Bertram ,   London, UK.   (01.11.18)
I would be extremely surprised if they haven’t been doing this for years. Not openly but covertly to achieve the short term ‘understandings’ which for the most part ensure relative ‘peace’. The important point is whether theee can be more strategic talks leading to the creation of a Palestinian state. I can already hear the howls of derision emanating from the Israeli alt right but then there will always be those who would rather keep playing in the orchestra as the Titanic sinks.
