I fail to understand Giaufret's interest in and concern for Israel's domestic affairs. If Israel chooses to legalize capital punishment for terrorism, this is actually a domestic Israeli affair and concern.

The death penalty should be used for every terrorist that is convicted of killing an Israeli. Every would-be terrorist should know that if they kill, they will die.
