Money that could have otherwise been spent on building schools, hospitals, water treatment facilities, power stations and bettering society. Instead, Hamas chooses hate and violence over love and coexistence. A tunnel is not movable. Even if the entire tunnel is not destroyed once its route is known, as proven by accurate aerial bombing, using that tunnel as an element of surprise attack has been eliminated.
