1. Inadequate Facts
Mark ben Josef ,   USA   (01.27.18)
The story leaves out pertinent facts. Where were the boys born. What citizenship is the biological mother.

As for the State Department discretion, that is BS. US laws are fact based. And US citizenship laws make no mention of genetics.
2. Arrogance
Jake ,   Dallas   (01.27.18)
A foreigner living in the US sues for his child to be a citizen
He’s not a citizen and the foreigner who is lucky to even be here is costing OUR citizens their tax money with his absurd lawsuit
The foreigner is free to take his child and go back to Israel
This is a nation of laws. He should be expelled for wasting the court’s time
3. If there are different fathers, they are not twins

4. Seems to me an adoption will solve the issue.
just askin' & sayin ,   Israel   (01.28.18)
Facts:
The children were born in Canada
The children have two different fathers
The children's fathers are married to each other.
Won't the best solution be for the non-biological American father to adopt the non-American child? I mean really...there is no way that the non-biological American father is the non-American child's father so what's the big deal?

5. Need to read article to full extent
Joseph ,   USA   (01.28.18)
Says American law does require a biggish connection between parent and cold and that is lacking. I'm sure that an adoption will take care of problem or he could get immigrant status thru biological father if they are recognized as she sex couple.
6. Illiterate
Jake ,   Dallas   (01.28.18)
The frivolous lawsuit will cost the taxpayer money genius.
Read my post. Liberals are such arrogant clowns.
7. How Can They Be Twins?
Christy   (01.30.18)
They have 2 different fathers. Having the same mother, but different fathers makes them step-brothers to each other.
