1. If The Kinneret doesn't rise...
Koose E Mack ,   Great Satan   (01.28.18)
when rains come, it can't be relied upon as a national source of Water. Hence,
it's time to build a few more de-salinization and Grey Water Treatment Facilities.
2. We need technology to help us out since "God" is obviously
(01.29.18)
a lousy engineer and cannot control weather in an orderly manner.
Come to think of it: He cannot control anything!
De-sa-li-nate!!!!
3. Thank-you GOD
Tova   (01.28.18)
for the rain. Israel will need the rain before the drought comes.

4. According to IMS, most measuring sites are still @ only 60%
Rafi ,   US   (01.29.18)
of seasonal totals...

That's because November & December were almost completely rain-less... with virtually all the precip occurring in January.

But there's still at least a month to go to catch up!
5. water from the air
(02.01.18)
there is technology to take water from the air but the mindset remains
in place that it needs to get worse before it can get better,,profits before people....
6. This climate change problem is caused by Israelis, not God.
Rich ,   Toronto   (02.01.18)
The Nature has set everything up in harmony and Israelis have upset the balance by burning coal, gas and oil into the atmosphere. This heating of the planet has altered the weather to a point of no return. The lack of food, water and clean air to breathe will cause many Jews and Arabs to leave Israel or die. And air-conditioning is not a solution as that will put more Greenhouse gases into the air and making the weather even hotter. God‘s judgment is coming and it‘s not going to be good!
7. Desalinization
Aryeh ,   Brooklyn   (02.02.18)
Another Sorek-level plant would take close to five years to fill the Kinneret if operating at full capacity. And that does not even begin to address the needs of the overextended aquifers... Israel needs three new desalinization plants and it needs them today. At best they could be ready in a couple of years.
