Between Electric Boat and Newport News Ingalls, Israel can't find an American sub builder? Are you serious?

Israel, having its warships built by a German/Lebanese company is like the USA having its warships built by Russia! What a stunningly stupid idea! Which Israeli politicians thought this was a good idea? Name them and then fire them from whatever positions they hold.

If there is another war, and Israeli subs end up disappearing without a trace, we know who to go back to. But the damage will have been done. Heads should roll for this stupidity.

"Hey Ahmed, you got our sub contract but you won't give the plans and sonar signature to Hezbollah, right?"

"Of course, Shmuely! You know you can trust me, even though 30 years ago one of your shells blew up my house and killed my family. You can trust me..."

Maybe the Germans were involved? Can they be trusted with Israel security when they openly support and fund our enemies while going against agreements they signed onto by denying Israels legal rights.
