Why the Republicans focused on Carter Page is stupefying. He has a prior history of being a "stooge" for the Russians and was under surveillance long before he met Trump - maybe even planted on Trump by the Russians. They focused on the 5th application to do surveillance, the first four previously approved and renewed by an independent judiciary.

even if some in his entourage spoke with russians, how does that
prove that trump is "colluding" with the russians.
what does collusion mean in this context.

Sad to say it looks as though the entire US government has been compromised by top level heads of several departments who've become more than political they've become dangerous, in this case, their over zealous attempts to overthrow an officially legally elected Donald Trump as President strictly because thy don't like him.
Under Obama, the IRS targeted conservative applications for tax free status now, both the FBI and Justice departments need not only exposure but, indictments.
I hope we'll all see some heads roll.
