These fines opened the Pandora box. This is the beginning of a civil war inside Israel. The State of Israel will be demanded for sums much, much bigger that what they try to charge . It is a shame what is happening inside Israel because this will lead to our own destruction, something our bitterest enemies couldn't accomplish until now.

starting 2 hours before sundown Friday, drive at 60 KPH
between Beni Brq and Jerusalem, Beit Shemesh and
other locations.
There is no need to block roads, just drive speed limit or rather
at a safe speed.
