Mr. Lieberman constantly invents new ways to rob the Palestinians. The man is an embarrasment for Israel.
3. This STILL hasn't been made into law???

We've been talking about it for years! Why in hell does it take so long for such a common-sense bill to be passed? Because the EU useful idiots think the PA might collapse if tax payment are reduced? REALLY? Nobody cares what the EU has to say!

Israelis are being murdered on a weekly basis, incarcerated Arab trash is being paid to sit in prison, and the victims are screwed by the killers AND the state!!

Enough! Pass a bill this week that clearly states: "All monies paid to convicted terrorists and/or their families will be tallied (as best as can be determined), on a monthly basis and TEN TIMES that amount shall be deducted from collected taxes due to be paid to the PA and delivered to the victims of these terrorists. There are no conditions that shall prevent this deduction from being calculated, deducted, and delivered to the victims."

Very simple. Can the Knesset get off its collective ass and put this into law to help the victims? What is wrong with the government? This has to be debated? Seriously?

Pass this into law. The coffers of the PA overflow with blood money. Time to drain it dry.

I thought of this years ago. Why is this only now being considered? There's nothing to think about, this is exactly what should happen. Every dollar being given by the PA to terrorists, $2 gets held back by Israel for victims of terror. The only way this will stop is for the terrorists to understand that killing Israelis is not a money making venture. FOR SURE!!!!
