1.Palestinians in Gaza and West Bank MUST SPEAK and ACT with one voice. Its pointless for Israel and PA to agree a plan for Hamas to reject it and vice verca

2.Israel must agree verifiable parameters for any new settlement construction

3.The PA must stop blood money payments to killers thats bleeding the Palestinian economy dry and tone town its anti Jewish and anti Israel propaganda

4.Any new international aid to Gaza MUST BE transparent and conditional ONLY for the benefit of Gazans and the Gazan economy and NOT recycled for use by the Hamas elite or military
